Enoggera Barracks, Enoggera
2210/2017

Sunday 22nd October turned out to be a perfect day so 11 Corvettes and 1 Camaro turned up at Gallipoli Barracks Enoggera
at the request of Major Palmer to offer our cars for the enjoyment of Army children .
There was a designated route around the barracks and quite a few families were driven around.
Major Palmer is involved in looking after soldiers who have returned from war and are having various difficulties with getting back to normal life.
The QCC are able to help, although only in a small way---but every little helps--as Major Palmer advised us.
All visitors were provided with a sausage sizzle and a big variety of drinks.
By 1.30pm we were all ready to make our way home having provided some enjoyment to our wounded warriors.
This event is held twice a year--if you could not make it this time , try and assist next time.
