 Cooly Rocks On Parade
  09. June 2018

We met at the back of the shops at Coolangatta early in the morning to get ready for the Cooly Rocks street parade.
With all the other participants we started dressing our cars up and ourselves you could feel the excitement in the air.
This has been one of our Clubs traditions and it was a lot of fun, also a big hit with the crowd.
John and Steve with their water pistols wetting the people had Elaine in stitches,
I was in my chicken suit high fiving the kids with Jayne and Val walking with our club Banner Jims Grandson leading us in his c1 pedal car,
Gordon, Kiwi Al and Peter all a part of the our group 7 Vettes in total with many of our members in the crowd cheering us on.
After the parade we parked up and checked out the show, then head to the surf Club for a beautiful lunch.
Thanks to all that attended and a big thanks to Steve,
this year they charge us $110.00 to be a part of the parade that Steve paid for out his own personal pocket.
