Childers Weekend Cruise

Sixteen of us embarked on the Childers Adventure, beginning with a cruise to Helltown Hotrods near Gympie for lunch before continuing on to Childers.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the local Historical Club, who kindly opened a small museum for us to explore.
That evening, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner at The Federal Hotel, where we were once again made to feel right at home.
The next morning, we took a short cruise to the Happy Days Diner, where a few unnamed individuals may have overindulged and will likely be paying for it for some time!
Afterward, we all made our own way home, mine being a particularly enjoyable drive.
