Lakeside Breakfast and Laps

I have not been to Lakeside Park Raceway for a few years, so on 28th April 2024 i decided to meet up with fellow Corvetters at Shell Nudgee for a 6.30am departure, to Lakeside.

This event is done in conjunction with the Pontiac Club, so with our 20 Corvettes, a few Pontiacs and several Camaros, it made for an impressive line-up.

Thanks to a few Corvettes Down Under Club  members for attending with a few Corvettes . Showers were pre-vailing , but luckily nothing, racetracks and water do not mix. Where else can you get a cooked breakfast and 20 minutes on a racetrack, with only our group on the track, for $30.

Everyone i spoke to had a great morning and look forward to the next round on Sunday 24th November. Thanks to Brad Stumer for organising this event in conjunction with Chris from the Pontiac Club.
