Shannons Evolution of Motoring

QCC was recently invited by Shannons Insurance to showcase a complete lineup of Corvettes from C1 to C8 at their Eagle Farm showroom.

This special display also served as a promotion for both Cooly Rocks On and Shannons’ Evolution of Motoring event in June.
As part of the lead-up to Cooly Rocks, a C1 and C8 will be featured alongside other classic cars at the Shannons marquee from Wednesday, 4th June through Sunday, 8th June.
Our Sunday morning started early, with most of us hitting the road around 4:30am.

The skies were overcast, and while I encountered only light rain along the freeway, members travelling from the north experienced much wetter conditions. Despite the weather, everyone arrived on time to set up and be ready for the 7am start.
It was a relaxed and enjoyable morning with club members from both QCC and CDUCC attending. The public also dropped by to admire the full generational lineup of Corvettes and other cars on display in the parking area.
