It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon when we met at the Springwood Tavern for our cruise to Mt Cotton and our BBQ lunch at Billy's.
We had a great turnout, and luckily they had a nice grassed area there for us to park.

For something a bit different today while the vette ladies were off enjoying the High Tea the guys after meeting at Springwood headed off to the Brisbane Motor Museum to have some lunch and look at some of the classic examples of Holden and Ford .

Annual Club Concourse
The day started early and soon a large band of volunteers had gathered to organise the day.
The weather was fantastic and George Clayton Park looked like a picture.
Very soon the entrants arrived, and we soon realised we were in for a big day.

Costas Seafood Lunch
A small group of Corvetteers met at Springwood for a cruise to Costas Seafood in Capalaba
Some others had already arrived when we got there and soon we were all enjoying a succulent seafood meal while having a good catchup with club friends.
All in all, a very pleasant day.

After a very chilli drive up the mountain I met up with our Illustrious President at The Tamborine Mountain Car Show .
There was a very good turnout with I would estimate 150 to 200 cars of all shapes and sizes with probably 6 Corvettes some of which David put up the full sales pitch to get them to come to the Corvettes

It was an enthusiastic group who met at Kuraby on a beautiful Sunday morning for our cruise to Montville for our Christmas in July Celebration.
First of all we cruised to Esk for lunch at The Grand Esk Hotel which was very nice with a great group of people.

Down Under Show
On a beautiful blue sky day, about 65 stunning Corvettes gathered for the annual Down Under Car Show at Sandstone Point.
Many of these cars were from the Queensland Corvette Club (QCC), and several even won trophies. Despite the slightly dusty ground, the venue proved to be an excellent choice

HPR Dyno Day
We had an amazing time at HPR Performance, where 12 Corvettes underwent Dyno testing.
The tests were conducted with professional precision and included valuable advice.
Each session lasted over half an hour, ensuring thorough results.

It was a very chilli night when 29 Club members met at The Thai Orchid in Springwood.
It was a really enjoyable night with very nice food and, of course, excellent company.
Gordon won the Thai Cookbook as the door prize (lucky him), kindly donated by Carol.
