Canberra Corvette Get Together

We have started putting the arrangements in place for the proposed “Vettes Get Together” in Canberra, at Easter next year.

We have arranged a special accommodation deal at the Pavilion on Northbourne.

The hotel has already set up the rate code, “VETTE”, for the event and it is ready, both for phone reservations or through their web-site, www.pavilioncanberra.com.au

Please note that the rate given to us for an Atrium Hotel Room (image attached) is $174 per night, which is below their Prepaid Advance Saver rate on their website.

The hotel will be offering the Vette guests who book, a flexible cancellation policy which gives them the flexibility to amend their reservation up to 24 hours before their arrival date.

All discounted rates will be available to the Vette guests up until the 29th of February, subject to availability, and the preferred form of booking would be over the hotel website.

Can I ask you to pass this information on to your members and for those members who plan to attend, and can we have their confirmations by 29 February as well (email to lyndonandmichelle@hotmail.com) so we can arrange appropriate venues.
